The CLI for the open agent skills ecosystem
79 agents.53 folders.One copy.
skills finds the SKILL.md files in a repository and installs them for the coding agents you use, from Claude Code and Codex to Cursor and OpenCode. Choose the recommended symlink install and every agent's folder points back to one canonical copy.
npx skills add vercel-labs/agent-skills24 of 79 agents already share a folder.
At project scope, 24 agent IDs read .agents/skills/. The other 55 read 52 folders of their own, from .claude/skills/ and .goose/skills/ to .windsurf/skills/. The CLI detects which agents you have installed and writes to each one, so the list is its problem, not yours.
