God’s Eye View · keys & costs

The floor is low on purpose.

Start without an account or API keys. Flights, military traffic, satellites, earthquakes, public cameras, radio and launches all work keyless — add keys inside the app only when you want more.

Most layers live here. Enough to get a real taste of geospatial intelligence without ever talking to a sales team.

Tiers and sources from the README’s “What it actually costs”, roughly as of mid-2026; check provider pricing pages.

The ceiling, stated

Terrestrial AIS goes quiet mid-ocean and satellite AIS costs real money; premium imagery, SAR and the deeper commercial feeds live behind enterprise contracts.

Not a limit of the architecture — every layer is a pattern you can point at your own data sources.

Before you share it

By default the server binds to localhost. Opt into LAN sharing and know this: a LAN-visible server brokers your configured API keys to anyone who can reach it.

App-level throttles are not billing caps — set provider quotas and budget alerts first.

Most feeds are live or regularly refreshed. Traffic is simulated along real roads using aggregate location data; CCTV camera poses and rocket launch trajectories are coarse estimates. — from the README
